Warranty and complaint

In the Embros Shop you buy goods without any risk. Ask why? Here are a few reasons:

1. On The purchased goods we given a guarantee covering latent defects, and mistake in the execution of the contract (eg wrong item, wrong size).

2. In the case of defective goods or errors in the execution ordered goods are subject to replacement of the goods free from defects. Information about possible defects should be reported within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Goods subject to complaint Purchaser undertakes to return to Embros Shop post at the expense of the sender with proof of purchase (receipt).In the case of positive response to the complaint shipping costs will be refunded.

3. Each customer is entitled to ask the ordered goods within 14 days of receipt of goods. Condition of return is not used clothing and sending the goods at their own expense. Refundable only the cost of goods purchased. Not return shipping costs. Refund money will be within 7 days in your bank account. For shipment, please attach a receipt as proof of purchase.

4. Costs related to an unjustified complaint, or damage related to misuse of the goods covered by the client.
